Husband and Wife's Mutual Agreement

It is that time of the week again! In our new video, find the answer to last question on the fact pattern about whether or not there is a legal basis for the client's request for a Downward Modification of Child Support based on the change in circumstances. We have also presented a new question, is it legally sufficient in a divorce litigation, for a mutual agreement between the husband and wife, for the wife to receive 100% of the equity marital residence in exchange for the Husband only paying $25 a month in child support?
