Primary caretakers automatically get custody?

It's that time of the week again! In our new video, find the answer to last question on the fact pattern about recovering a gift of Separate Property in a divorce litigation, as well as a new challenge regarding whether or not the role of a primary caretaker and whether or not this role would automatically determines child custody (in New York State).
